Website name: iastourist.it
Website publication date: 2026
Statement date: April 10, 2026
Statement responsible: IAS Tourist – Tour Operator Italy

Compliance status

The website is partially compliant with the accessibility requirements set out in the Directive (EU) 2016/2102 and the Regulation (EU) 2019/882 – European Accessibility Act, due to the non-compliances described below.

Non-accessible content

Following the recent redesign of the website, the content has been migrated from the previous version. Given the large volume of content, some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible and are currently being updated.

In particular:

  • Some images may not have a correct or present alternative text (alt).
  • The semantic structure of headings (h1, h2, etc.) may not always be consistent.
  • Some graphic or interactive elements may not be fully usable via keyboard or screen readers.
  • Some multimedia content may not include subtitles or transcripts.

Corrective measures

IAS Tourist is committed to a continuous improvement process. In particular, the following activities are underway:

  • Correction of image alternative texts.
  • Review of semantic heading structures across pages.
  • Implementation of a visible keyboard focus style to improve navigation.
  • Training of content editors for the publication of accessible content.

Feedback mechanism

Users can report accessibility issues or request information in accessible formats using the following contacts:

  • Email: info@iastourist.com
  • Phone: +39 0544 970289

IAS Tourist undertakes to respond within 15 working days from receipt of the report.

Preparation of the statement

This statement was prepared on April 10, 2026, based on an evaluation carried out by third parties appointed by IAS Tourist, with the support of automated tools (e.g. WAVE, Lighthouse) and manual testing on a representative sample of pages.

Final notes

IAS Tourist is aware that accessibility is an ongoing process and is committed to regularly updating the website to ensure equal and inclusive access for all users, in compliance with the Regulation (EU) 2019/882 – European Accessibility Act.
